The Following NPC's Spaw outside a Radius of 500 km from any planet (not moons). The distance is measured using the GPS of the location listed which can be obtained by using the command !gps in chat. You must also meet the threat score that matches the difficulty of the NPC of the area that you are attempting to spawn.
¶ Threat Score Levels
To spawn each level of NPC, you need a certain threat score.

¶ NPC Spawn / Despawn Mechanics

When a NPC spawns it will create a NO SPAWN bubble around it of 37.5km radius (75km Diameter). No NPC will spawn if you stay within this bubble after an NPC spawns for 45min.

A Maximum of 2 NPC can spawn within a 37.5km radius (75km Diameter)

A Player must travel a minimum of 15km in 1 direction for a chance to spawn a new NPC. If you are still within a NO SPAWN bubble then a new NPC will NOT spawn.
¶ Clean Up
- If you no player is within 100km of an npc for 5min, the NPC will despawn.
- If an NPC spawns but not engaged and no player is within 25km of the npc it will despawn
